Run orders, deliveries and money for many branches without mixing logistics or accounting data between them, and stay stable under heavy use.
Solution
Role based dashboards for each user type: senior management track overall performance, shop owners and local managers handle branch orders and products, accountants manage collections, budgets and financial reports per branch, and delivery reps receive orders, update delivery status and track their commissions. Logistics and accounting data are fully isolated per branch. We load tested the platform with a simulation of 1,000+ concurrent users creating orders, updating statuses and running accounting reports, and optimized queries and caching until the bottlenecks were gone.
