Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DvLooper collects through dvlooper.com, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it. DvLooper is a web studio led by Abdulla Galaby in Cairo, Egypt, and is responsible for the information described here.

Information you give us

If you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), your message, and the project type, budget range and timeline you choose. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it for security, spam prevention and troubleshooting. The contact form also uses a hidden field and a timing check to block automated spam. These checks do not identify you.

Cookies

The site uses only essential first-party cookies: one that protects the contact form, and a short-lived one that records which channel brought you here (for example a search engine or an AI assistant), so we can see which channels produce real enquiries. These cookies do not follow you to other websites. Analytics tools are not enabled at the moment. If we enable them, they will load only after you agree to them, and this page will be updated.

How we use information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To keep a record of project discussions.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, which channels bring enquiries.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your information is visible only to the DvLooper team members who handle enquiries. It is stored on the servers of our hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf. Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and client websites lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months. If we start a project together, they are kept for the length of the project and for the period your agreement requires. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it in a way you object to. Write to info@dvlooper.com and we will reply within 30 days. This policy is written to respect Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
