Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of dvlooper.com. They do not cover a specific client project, which is agreed separately in writing before work starts. By using the site you accept these terms.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, scrape for republication or resell its text, design, code, the DvLooper name and logo, or the case studies without written permission. Do not misuse the contact form, for example by sending spam, or try to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it.

Content and accuracy

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Figures shown for completed projects, such as payment gateways connected, systems in production and load test results, describe real delivered work.

Pricing and proposals

Prices and timelines on this site are indicative. A price becomes binding only when it is agreed in writing for a specific project after a scoping call. Hosting, domain names and third-party fees are billed by those providers unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Client projects

Ownership of code and content, the payment schedule, the support period and other terms for a project are set out in the written agreement for that project. If this page and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.

Third-party links

The site links to client websites and social platforms for reference. We do not operate them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, DvLooper is not liable for losses that arise from using this website or relying on its content. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and it does not apply to services under a written project agreement, which sets its own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
