Challenge
Inspection and compliance companies needed a hard stop against forged or altered certificates.
Solution
The admin enters certificate data in a dashboard and the system generates a unique QR code for each certificate, printed on paper and digital copies. The original certificate is uploaded and linked to that code. Scanning the code opens the original on file, while a forged or altered certificate matches nothing and shows no data. There are two roles, Admin and Manager, and permissions can be customised per client, for example restricting delete or edit.
