Project Overview
I developed an electronic system specifically designed to manage and verify inspection and conformity company certificates, with the aim of preventing any forgery attempts and ensuring the authenticity of issued documents.
System Operation:
- The system administrator enters the certificate data into the control panel.
- The system generates a unique QR code for each certificate.
- The QR code is printed on both the paper and digital copies of the certificate.
- The original certificate is uploaded to the system and automatically linked to the same code.
- When someone scans the code, they are directed to view the original digital copy stored within the system.
- If any certificate is tampered with or forged, the link will not match, and no data will be displayed.
System Features:
- Advanced protection against forgery.
- Automatic QR code generation support.
- Simple and user-friendly interface.
- Ability to search and view previous certificates.
- Responsive across all devices.
- Customizable to match the company or organization's identity.
- This system is currently used by some Libyan inspection and conformity assessment companies to ensure the authenticity of certificates issued to their clients.
Flexible Permissions System:
The system includes two types of users:
- Administrator: Can manage certificates and have full control.
- Manager: Can manage the system and add other users.
- Permissions can be modified according to client requirements, such as preventing the administrator from deleting certificates or restricting their access to other users. Delete and edit simultaneously
- The system is fully customizable based on the organization's role
