Project Overview
I developed an integrated management system that connects clients and technicians within companies that rely on field visits. The system aims to organize and accurately document visit processes, generating an automatic electronic invoice for each visit.
System Operation:
- Client data is registered within the system.
- Technician accounts are registered by management.
- When a technician visits a client, they enter the client's ID number.
- They then record the complete visit details using a dedicated form.
- An electronic invoice is automatically generated based on the entered data.
- The invoice can be viewed, temporarily edited, or printed directly.
- The technician's name is automatically recorded in the visit report.
Multiple and Flexible Permissions:
- Admin: Has full access to client data, visit details, and invoices, and can edit or print them.
- Manager: Can also add new users and manage the system.
- Technician: Has limited permissions to record visits only.
The permissions system can be modified as needed, such as preventing the administrator from deleting or editing data. The system is customizable for each company.
