About DvLooper

DvLooper is a one-person web and software studio based in Cairo, Egypt, run by Abdulla Galaby. It builds custom web platforms, e-commerce systems, and admin dashboards for business owners across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, Libya, and Europe, in both Arabic and English.

What the studio builds

The work falls into a few repeated shapes: custom PHP and Laravel builds with no page builders or CMS templates, e-commerce systems wired into real payment gateways and supplier APIs, admin dashboards with role based access for teams, multi-branch systems that keep accounting and logistics separate per branch, and QR based verification systems used to stop document forgery.

Every site is server rendered, which keeps it fast and keeps it readable to search engines and AI assistants. Projects are handed over with real documentation, not a black box you need the original developer to touch again.

Working method

DvLooper is one person, which means one point of contact for the whole project, not a rotating cast of account managers. A project starts with a call to understand the actual problem, not just a feature list. From there comes a clear scope, timeline, and price before any work starts. Builds happen in stages with progress shown along the way, and after launch the client gets real admin access to manage their own content.

Stack and languages

PHP and Laravel on the backend, MySQL for data, JavaScript on the front end. Tools are chosen for what a project needs, not what is trending. Communication happens in both Arabic and English, matched to whichever the client prefers.

Based in Cairo, Egypt, working remotely with clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Libya, and Europe.
